However, we understand there may be rare occasions where you are not fully satisfied with the services received. In such cases, please contact us to discuss a refund or account credit based on the policy outlined below.
Refunds on Unused Services
If you have pre-paid for services with Dragcast.net but we have not yet delivered them, you may be eligible for a full refund of the pre-paid fees. We will cancel any future services and issue refunds through your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds on Delivered Services
Once Dragcast.net has delivered music promotion services as promised, fees are generally non-refundable, as our staff will have already invested significant time and resources. However, we realize occasionally issues may arise. If you believe our services failed to meet reasonable quality standards, please contact us within 7 days so we can review and discuss the possibility of a partial refund or account credit.
If Dragcast.net approves a refund for services already rendered based on a legitimate quality concern, refund amounts will depend on specific circumstances and be at the company’s discretion. Full refunds are only issued when no services have been provided yet. Partial refunds may be given if some but not all services were satisfactorily delivered.
Exchanges & Resubmission
In most cases of client dissatisfaction, we will recommend giving us a second chance by redoing and improving the service at no additional cost, rather than issuing a refund. However, if you would prefer a refund, let us know and we will fairly assess the situation.
